Vrienden van het Lied

Audition fee: €60,00 per duo

Audition: January 25, 2025

You can submit your application from September 1, 2024, until December 1, 2024. Please note that a maximum of 10 duos can be placed for the auditions.

On the form, you will be asked to submit a 15-minute audition programme containing at least:

- one song by a Dutch composer, not necessarily in Dutch, from after 1900

- one song in German from the German Romantic period

- one song in French by a composer of your choice.

Please state per song:

- title of the song and opus number

- the composer and dates

- the poet and dates

- the exact duration of each song

Compensation:

All musicians performing for Vrienden van het Lied are, in addition to their fees, eligible to have travel expenses reimbursed to some extent. Please be informed that the first 200 km travelled within the Netherlands will not be compensated. Above that, reimbursements are calculated over the total amount of kilometers travelled in the Netherlands.
