Center for Performing Arts at Rhinebeck

Center of Performing Arts at Rhinebeck will be holding auditions for Gypsy, March 22nd: 6:00– 7:30 pm – Kids’ Call; 7:30 pm Adults & Teens and March 23rd – 6:00 pm – Adults & Teens.

AUDITION INFORMATION:

Adults/Teens: (ages 16 – 60) Please prepare a standard Broadway song (no more than 32 bars) in the correct key for your voice (Bring your sheet music for our accompanist). Songs from the show are welcome. You may also bring tracks.

Kids Call: (ages 9 – 15) All kids will be seen as a group at 6:00 pm On Saturday, March 22nd. Kids will learn either Broadway, Broadway or Let Me Entertain You from the show with the music director. Some will be asked to stay for a dance call. Please wear appropriate clothing and footwear for dancing.

Readings: Please select a reading from the audition packet which most closely resembles the character for which you wish to audition.
