Chatham Players

The Chatham Players are happy to announce auditions for “You’re a Good Man, Charlie Brown” based on the comic strip “Peanuts” by Charles M. Schultz; book, music, and lyrics by Clark Gesner.

Auditions will be held on December 16th and December 17th at 7pm at The Chatham Playhouse, 23 North Passaic Ave. Chatham. Production dates are February 28th-March 15th, 2025 (February 28th, March 1st, 7th, 8th, 14th, and 15th at 8pm and March 9th at 3pm).

Please prepare 16 bars of an up-tempo song and bring sheet music in the appropriate key. An accompanist will be provided. You may also be asked to read from the sides provided. Bring a headshot (or recent picture) and resume. *Please note – this is the Original version and does not include “Beethoven Day” or “My New Philosophy.”
