Quincy Community Theatre announces auditions for Waitress.

Please sign up for ONE, 10-minute vocal/read audition on Thursday, January 23 or Friday, January 24. Scripts are available for checkout at the Box Office.

Please prepare 32 measures or 1 minute of a song in the style of Waitress that shows your voice to its best. You may sing from the score.

* A live piano accompanist will be provided; therefore, bring the sheet music of your audition song with your measures clearly marked for the accompanist. A Bluetooth speaker will be available if you would rather sing to an accompaniment track (no vocals on the track).

* Following the singing of your song, you may be asked to do some additional singing coached by the music director.

Please also sign up for ONE, 60-minute dance audition on either Wednesday, January 22, Thursday, January 23, or Friday, January 24 from 5:45-6:45p. You will learn and perform a short dance combination. The same combination will be taught each night. All characters, with the exception of Joe, will dance, although some more than others.
