2025-2026 Local Singer Auditions

Opera Montana seeks local singers to perform ROLES & CHORUS in RAGTIME (January 2026) and TOSCA (May 2026).

AAuditions will take place at Christus Collegium ?(714 S. 8th Avenue, Bozeman, MT)

THINGS TO KNOW ABOUT YOUR AUDITION

Opera Montana will be auditioning local singers for the CHORUS and following ROLES in RAGTIME:

Evelyn Nesbit (soprano)

Emma Goldman (mezzo-soprano)

Sarah's Friend (soprano or mezzo-soprano)

Younger Brother (tenor or baritone)

Father (tenor or baritone)

Harry Houdini (tenor)

Henry Ford (baritone)

J.P. Morgan (baritone or bass)

If you are interested in auditioning for RAGTIME, please prepare one American musical theater song that demonstrates your vocal and acting abilities.

Opera Montana will be auditioning local singers for CHORUS and the following ROLES in TOSCA:

Spoletta (tenor)

Sciarrone (bass)

Sacristan (bass)

Jailer (bass)

If you are interested in auditioning for TOSCA, please prepare one Italian aria or song that demonstrates your vocal and language abilities.

An accompanist will be provided. If you prefer, you may bring your own accompanist.

Please bring sheet music and a resume or detailed written description of your musical and theatrical experience.
