Tenor Vocalist Audition for The United States Air Force Band – Washington, D.C.!
We are looking for a skilled ensemble and solo singer who can perform in multiple genres. Information for the pre-screening round is listed below. Applications and pre-screening materials are due on January 5, 2025, and the live audition will take place in Washington, D.C. on February 3-4, 2025.
The Singing Sergeants regularly perform for the President, Vice President, and a variety of congressional, military, and foreign dignitaries. They are featured at prestigious venues like the White House, the U.S. Capitol, and major national events, and also conduct annual tours across the United States. Known for their exceptional versatility, they perform a wide range of repertoire, including traditional choral music, patriotic songs, opera, Broadway hits, pop, rock, and more.
This is an amazing opportunity for a stable, salaried singing career, starting salary $76,000–$83,000 with benefits including 30 days of paid vacation annually, full healthcare and dental coverage, VA loan eligibility, GI Bill/tuition assistance, paid parental leave, and the option for a pension-retirement after 20 years of service!
