Contract: based on a scholarship and is limited to a maximum of one year
Contract dates: September 1, 2025- June 30, 2026
Audition: May 28, 2024
Scholarship: €1,000/per month, which can be received tax-free
We offer intensive insight into the profession of opera choral singer, participation in all major choral works of our current season, especially B. Britten's "War Requiem,"
guidance and support from tutors, and advanced professional qualifications.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's, Master's, or concert exam studies at a music college with a major in singing
• studies must not have been completed by June 30, 2026
Audition requirements:
• one aria in English
• one further aria of free choice (preferably from the 19th century)
• two choral excerpts from the standard opera repertoire (will be sent with the audition invitation)
