Contract: full-time, temporary

Start date: mid June 2025

Rehearsal period: mid June - July 24, 2025

Performances: July 25-August 26, 2025

Auditions during the winter and spring months:

Leipzig, Rhine/Ruhr region, Vienna, Prague, Amsterdam, Lyon, Copenhagen, Helsinki, Madrid.

Please let us know in your application which of these locations would be most suitable for you for an audition. There is no guarantee that you will sing in the preferred city.

Requirements:

• Completed university degree (singing) or equivalent qualification

• Good command of German

• Experience as a chorus singer in opera houses and/or broadcast choirs is desired

Singers in the Festival Chorus must be performance-ready with all repertoire planned for the 2025 Festival season by the start of the rehearsal period (mid-June)

Audition requirements: will be announced with the audition invitation
