Teacher

Hello - I am an actor, theatre-maker, college, and private audition coach. I am NOT a voice teacher (but I know lots of really great ones ). My work asks the singer-actor to meet the moment when their character can no longer speak...they MUST sing - from a place of truth. My youngest student is 4 and my eldest student is 60.....something. Suffice to say I love folks who love to sing and act. My students have performed on Broadway (Matilda, School of Rock, Billy Elliot) national tours, in regional theatre, and have been accepted to some of the most prestigious Musical Theatre training programs (U of Michigan, Baldwin Wallace Uni, Syracuse, Emerson, Elon, The Boston Conservatory, etc.). They also have performed in their 5th-grade play, their living room, and just for me on Zoom. Every moment with every student is an opportunity to help illuminate something about their technique, which side note, usually is quite applicable to 'real life'.
