Bio

My specializations are in bodywork modalities as applied to voice such as yoga and Hennessy Breath & BodyWork. I am a certified yoga instructor, yoga therapy intern and former certified fitness trainer in addition to being a private studio voice teacher. I currently serve on the Fine Arts Faculty at St. Stephen's Episcopal School in Austin, TX where I have been teaching middle and high school students for 12 years.
