Teacher

Originally from South Dakota, Megan Sanchez is a lyric coloratura soprano based out of Northern Virginia. She earned her bachelors degree of music in 2012 from California State University Northridge. She now runs her own studio in Falls Church Virginia where she teaches voice, piano, violin, and cello. Megans students compete at the highest level, often placing at the top, and have participated in prestigious programs at Boston University Tanglewood Institute, Interlochen Center for the arts, and Berkeley College of music. While her dedication to her students is unprecedented, Megan puts equal effort into her own vocal abilities and holds herself to the highest standards. Miss Megan has been teaching for almost a decade. She teaches all ages and puts a huge emphasis on technique and pedagogy as well as theory and performance practice.
