Bio

For the past 33 years, Adda has empowered and trained many hundreds of singers to sing with beauty, skill and ease in a variety of musical styles and venues. Some of her students are successful crossover pop artists, musical theater singers, opera and choral singers, and international speakers.

She teaches classical and non-classical voice and specializes in assisting singers and speakers to recover from vocal strain or injury. She holds a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Opera and Opera Stage Direction from the Indiana University, School of Music, Bloomington, Indiana. At IU, she was a voice student of the famed Rumanian/Italian soprano and Bel Canto specialist, Virginia Zeani and performed leading opera roles, along with interning as an assistant stage director.

Her powerfully effective holistic system of voice training: VOGA™ VoiceYoga for peak performance, combines elements of vocal therapy and mind/body disciplines with the traditional Bel Canto methods. You can read more about this in her book "Sopranos Are Not Pianos – How Vocal Magic Happens For Women Singers", available on Amazon.com. To purchase her VOGA warmups in 9 minutes or Less!
