Lorie Harken is an American Soprano who is a Classically trained dramatic and spinto soprano. Lories voice is known as having a very rich emotive timbre with rich warm tones and power which enables her to sing both Wagner and Italian verismo She has sung at Carnegie Hall classical concert for conductor Vincent Laselva, New World Orchestra , Lorie has also sang as opening soloist for the NYS State Fair opening of NHL as well in concerts at NYS fair, Italian festivals and German Festivals.

She is a winner of several international voice competitions as well as American voice competitions. She is a spotlighted guest artist heard and seen on International Italian Television and NPR Radio and PBS. Lorie is known for her excellent breathing technique and vocalist have traveled internationally to study her technique. Specializing in Italian and Wagnerian repertoire singing with large orchestras, she enjoys teaching masterclasses to ambitious singers of all age groups and level of singers master classes on vocal technique and opera workshops

Directs and produces numerus concerts, organizes very large venues for classical singers and instrumentalist. She is also a judge for vocal competitions across the USA.
