Bio

I am a Professional Classical Singer with 20 years in vocal instruction (All ages, levels and genres). I consider myself very fortunate to have traveled the world doing what I love to do, singing Opera, Oratorio, Zarzuela, Musical Theater. Learning to sing in a natural way has paid off and my effort has been recognized making me recipient of several Vocal Competitions and Awards in NYC. (HOLA - 2013 Award for Excellence in Theater; ACE - 2014 Award for Best Musical Production in Latin Theater in NYC. "Bésame Mucho")

I am the Former Head of the Vocal Department at Harbor Conservatory for the Performing Arts in NYC, and Former Music / Choir and Play Director at Catholic Elementary Schools in Stamford, CT. I have worked with the City of Stamford - Recreational Services as a Vocal / Piano Instructor and also at one of the local Music Schools - Long Ridge Music Center in Stamford, CT.

Currently I teach voice at the SMAA- Stamford Music & Arts Academy and I teach students from all over the USA and abroad Online (Wyzant.com) .

For the past 12 years I have been judging singers of all divisions and genres for the Worldwide Annual Classical Singer Music Vocal Competition, helping students to enroll in Colleges with major in music and to Pro's to start their careers.Through my years of singing and teaching, I have learned from teachers AND students and have distilled these ideas and experiences into my own method of instruction that develops this natural God-given instrument in each student.”

I love being able to help others to achieve their goals, showing them the right tools that will give them confidence.

My passion is singing, but my vocation is teaching. So "If you can speak, you can sing" !
