The music program provides a dynamic and creative home for students who wish to focus on music performance, composition or research. Our faculty are active in their fields, regularly performing, publishing, and debuting new work. Our curriculum is designed to provide an exciting introduction to music's role in the arts and culture, of past and present socieities here and around the world. We offer courses in classical, world, and popular musics. Our program is host to instrumental and choral ensembles, and as a music student, you are encouraged to take lessons to further your performance education.
