Welcome to Music at Kansas State University! We invite you to discover all that our programs have to offer, from the highest quality undergraduate and graduate experiences to our innovative learning environments within the classroom, concert hall, rehearsal room, applied studio, marching band field, and even the practice room. Across these settings, our vibrant atmosphere of engaged learning inspires creativity and leadership as well as a commitment to our university and community.

Our students include music majors, minors, and non-majors who are interested in growing as students, creative artists, teachers, scholars, leaders, and individuals. Each year our students put on hundreds of music events that inspire the university and local communities. Working closely with our world-class faculty who are committed to the quality of our programs and to the life-long success of our students, K-State students benefit from the individual attention that a welcoming and student-centered learning environment provides.

Music alumni are a powerful presence throughout the state of Kansas, the region, and the nation, and we are grateful for their continued engagement and support. Thank you for your interest in music@k-state!
