Description

Boston University College of Fine Arts (CFA) is a vibrant community of artists that brings together the School of Music, the School of Theatre, and the School of Visual Arts. Established in 1954, CFA offers professional training in the arts in conservatory-style environments for undergraduate and graduate students, complemented by a liberal arts curriculum for undergraduate students.

While artistic and academic rigor are signatures of the program, education within BU College of Fine Arts extends beyond the walls of the practice rooms and studios. You’ll also benefit from the rich centers of art and culture throughout the city of Boston, international opportunities through the study abroad program, and a worldwide network of alumni and connections to professions.

As a member of the Voice Department you will be immersed in a program of study commensurate with the demands of professional singing. At each level of study, you will pursue the highest standards of training in developing technique, repertoire, languages, and musicianship. We believe the artist synthesizes all aspects of training with heart, mind, and body.
