Led by our faculty-artists who take individualized approaches to develop your artistry, you will have numerous occasions to perform alongside your classmates in the historic Angelico Concert Hall as well as venues and festivals in San Francisco. With a foundation in a strong liberal arts curriculum, you will receive in-depth study in performance and composition, as well as an understanding and appreciation of the intellectual, social, and spiritual values of performing arts.
The Department presents many concerts and performances which are open to the public, providing the vital intersections between Bay Area communities and the academic life at Dominican University of California.
Community members are invited to attend ticketed concerts for the Guest Concert Series and our Dance performances, participate in the Dominican Chorale, the Suzuki School of Music and the Dominican Chamber Music Summer Camp.
