No Strings Theatre Summer Music Theatre Intensive

No Strings Theatre, in conjunction with Opera by Request, presents their second annual summer opera young artist's program. This year's opera, Carmen, is one of the most popular operas in the repertoire, and has a large and diverse cast, plus chorus and children's chorus. The program runs from July 24th to August 20th, with performances on August 11-13 and 18-20. In addition to rehearsals, the program will offer master classes in audition preparation, diction, and acting techniques. Rehearsals will take place in Toronto and in the Adjala-Tosorontio township with performances taking place at the MVL Farm (Adjala-Tosorontio). Fee for participants is $600 (CAD)/$500 (US), and includes dramatic and music coaching, master classes and all rehearsals.

The program is led by established industry professionals.
